Every year, the worldwide tungsten industry gathers at their annual General Assembly. The 33rd Annual General Meeting of the International Tungsten Industry Association will be organized in San Francisco on Sunday 20 to Wednesday 23 September 2020. This year, the meeting will be hosted by Kennametal Inc.
During the event a variety of industry and general papers is presented and discussed. The event is open to open to members and non-members. Copies of past AGM presentations can be purchased via the ITIA Secretariat (info@itia.info). Further details will be available in May 2020.
About the International Tungsten Industry Association (ITIA)
The International Tungsten Industry Association is a not-for-profit association with scientific purposes and was formally inaugurated in 1988. The principal aims of the ITIA are (among others) to promote the use of tungsten and tungsten products, to organise regular meeting fora for the tungsten industry worldwide, to co-ordinate the ITIA Health, Safety and Environment Committee, to collate comprehensive statistics covering tungsten production, processing, consumption and end-uses, and to liaise and exchange information with other metal trade associations.
